Our Products
SharDann is not your average online retail store. Some items are stocked as regular inventory and ship within 1 - 2 business days.  Some items found at SharDann are handmade at the time of order; therefore, those orders will take approximately 5 – 10 business days to complete and ship. To receive a more precise delivery time, please contact us before making purchase.

Warranty
SharDann stands behind the quality of our products. Therefore, if a product is found to need abnormal repair** at any time during the first two years of ownership, we will repair the product at no cost to the customer. If a product is incapable of repair, we will replace the product. If replacement is not available, due to unavailability of materials, we will issue a merchandise credit for the full dollar amount (not including shipping and handling), at time of purchase. To submit a warranty claim you must contact us regarding your claim. We will then contact you regarding the validity of your claim and advise further instructions.

**Note, the need of abnormal repair generally relates to situations such as excessive seam ripping, faulty fabric or trim, excessive color-fastness, etc. Ultimately the definition of abnormal repair is left to the sole discretion of SharDann.
